Selma High School Dress Code

Shirts:  Columbia Blue and Gold (Golf style with Logo )

White (Golf style with or without logo)

*Must be worn on all field trips.

Shirts must include a collar of the same color as the shirt.

Shirts must have long or short sleeves. 

Oxford Dress Shirts can be worn with ties.

Ninth Grade Academy shirts are permitted.

Pants       

Khaki, Capri Pants, Slacks, and Skirts 

Colors: Navy Blue and Khaki    

Capri Pants must be knee length.

                 Skirts: Slits must be two (2) inches or less, and skirts must come to the top of the knee.

                 Khaki, Capri Pants and Slacks must be worn at the waist.

                 Pants, Slack, Skirts and Capri Pants must have a belt worn with them, if belt loops are provided.

                 (NO SAGGING)

Belts        

Must be Black, Navy Blue or Brown. (Standard Size Belt Buckle Only).

Outer Wear             

Coats, Jackets and Blazers must be a solid color:

                 (Black, Brown, Navy Blue, and Khaki ).

                 Writings/Slogans on outer wear is not permitted:

                 Example, Race Car Names, M&M’s, Kellogg, Nike and etc.

                 Hoods on coats/sweatshirts are not to be worn in the building.

Windbreaker           

Columbia Blue or Gold with or without logo.

Sweatshirt

 Shoes     

Loafers, Oxfords, Eastland styles.

Colors: Black or Brown.

Shoes must have enclosed heels and toes.

Tennis shoes must be solid white or solid black with white or solid black shoe strings only.

Socks      

Black, Blue, White, or Khaki.

Beautification          Pay a dollar and wear jeans and school shirt. (Friday’s Only)

*Bookbags               See-through mesh or clear plastic.

Additional Dress Code regulations:

ü  Teeth Plates (gold or platinum) are not permitted.

ü  No sagging pants

ü  No oversized or hanging pants, shirts or coats permitted.

ü  No overcoats or hoods allowed to be worn in the building.

ü  No sleeveless tops.

ü  No under garments should be exposed.
